Terms & Conditions
By using our browser extension (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the TabCrunch extension provided by TabCrunch (“we”).
These Terms are effective as of the date you first use or access TabCrunch.
1. Data Collection and Usage
When you use the Service, your browser tab URLs and content will be sent to our servers for processing. Your data is not shared with any third parties. Payment details are handled by Stripe, a third-party service provider. We do not store these payment details.
2. Security
We take your security seriously. While payment details are managed by the certified third-party provider, Stripe, we ensure that all passwords within our system are encrypted. Our developers are trained on the OWASP top 10 security issues, and we take standard measures to protect our servers.
3. Payment and Cancellation
Billing is handled on a per usage basis through Stripe. The amount is non-refundable due to its minimal nature.
Should billing fail for any reason, please reach out to our team.
4. Termination of Service
You may request a full account deletion at any time. Should you request account deletion, all your data will be removed after a legally mandated retention period has elapsed.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
5. No Liabilities and Warranties
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Updates
From time to time, the Service might be updated. If you are using the Chrome version, updates are handled automatically by the Google Web Store. For Safari users, manual updates via Safari's marketplace might be required.
7. Usage Restrictions
While we aim to cater to a broad range of websites, we reserve the right to refuse the categorisation of tabs from URLs which are identified as NSFW or illegal.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate EU jurisdiction.
